Alliance Youth Services Inc. was founded by Steve Catney in 2000. We are celebrating over 14 years of service! We have been on the forefront of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) services in the Province of Ontario for the past 11 years. We are also a recognized leader in providing long-term care for individuals that have had multiple failed placements. Our Management and Clinical Team, as well as Professional Parent Therapists (Foster Parents) and Support Staff receive comprehensive training and extensive support to ensure the children/youth and adults we serve have the highest standard of living possible and opportunities for long-term success. Our Specialized Foster Care and Intensive Supported Living Programs, as well as Psychological and Support Services are available to children, youth, adults, families and agencies across Ontario. We are licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. |
| Who We Serve Specialized Foster Care: we accept referrals from Children’s Aid Societies and Family Service Organizations across Ontario. We support and care for individuals from newborn to 18 years of age with behavioural problems, mental health challenges, developmental delays and cognitive delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, sibling groups (up to 4), pregnant teenagers or teenagers with babies, or individuals in need of a caring home. We also offer specialized foster care for adults with specialized needs.
